Drumroll, please!
1. We've gone through a name change!
2. Tabs have been created!
3. I need to buy more Polaroids!
Starting with the obvious, the name change. I've let the name go for a couple of days now, but today, we officially say goodbye to my blog's former name, the write side. It's been a good 7 month run, but I've gotta go my own way. After ideas and ideas of new names, I was able to choose just one that I really liked! I went through so many names, I felt like I was in a high school rock band that changed their name every week. When I first decided on the write side. I really just wanted a play on words with the word "write" because I love writing and hopefully, I could find a way to incorporate it with my blog. Aside from writing posts in a blog, I wasn't getting the "writing" I was intending for, especially with the name. I, personally, felt like I wasn't living up to the name which made me unsatisfied with the blog itself. Finding the right direction for the blog was definitely difficult and maybe I'm still figuring it out, so I came up with a name that gave me free-range for anything. Thus, all things Cass was born! Anything and everything I write about are genuinely things I want to share and you may not agree or like it and that's completely okay.

Secondly, if you're viewing this on a desktop or tablet, I've got tabs on the top!! (Just below the banner) I knew there were a couple of things I wanted to change with the blog (the name, the layout, the purpose, etc), but there were two things I absolutely did NOT want to change. Those two things were my music posts and my stories. Maybe with just a little twerking
---I mean, TWEAKING--I could somehow upgrade those posts. "all things Music" will bring you straight to an archive of my posts that has anything music related. "all things Stories" consists of my posts that are just (true) personal stories or other things I want to share. Not to mention, I've got all forms of social media on the left: Twitta, Insta, Bloglovin'--the whole sha-bang! Follow me to see my latest Tweet, picture on Instagram, and get that bloggy-blog feed on Bloglovin'! Designing everything did take some work, but it was really cool to learn the ropes of editing programs and web-design. It all kind of reminded me of the good 'ol MySpace days when designing your page was everything. (less than sign img src and &heartssemicolon, anyone?) All of my research and time taken to really think about this blog helped me approach everything in a non-stressful and all around, FUN way! It's all about growth and experience, so I'm still new to all of this. Thank you to all of my favorite bloggers for inspiring me to treat my blog with lots of luvv:
