I Don't Know About You, But I'm Feeling 22

...pounds overweight.

The amount of cookies I've consumed this past winter break should be outlawed.  You know what else should be outlawed?

Sumbitch cookies.

Excuse my french, but these "How I Met Your Mother" inspired cookies have done some damage to my cheeks, but have fed my soul like no other.  These, my friends, are the kind of cookies I have never baked before...but constantly strive to!

These are chewy, soft, and the right amount of (get ready to cringe at this word) moist.  They are

DARY.

These have been going away fast in my house because they are too freakin' addicting.  Only leaving you with the intended result of, "Sumbitch ate all my cookies!"

Thanks to Pinterest, I came across this recipe and as a baker and a fan of the show, was pulling out the ingredients before I realized it was 2 a.m. and a little too late to be baking cookies.  Buuut, let's be real here--it's never too late or early to be baking.

So in honor of tonight's new episode, I give you Sumbitch cookies.
